Curiosity Homeschool Conference Principles

HOME is at the heart of homeschooling. Cultivating positive family relationships and healthy home culture comes first.

CURIOSITY is the natural state of a child, and it is our job to preserve that love of learning and help them reach their full potential. There are many different methods, styles, and timelines to meet that end.

Homeschooling rests in FREEDOM of choice. We must protect our freedom to educate our children according to our own conscience while respecting other’s same rights.

Values

This is an inclusive conference that rests in traditional family values. ALL faiths or “neutral on the topic of faith” are welcome. Persons or materials that counter traditional family values or attack other faiths will not be permitted. Science must be identified as Christian, Neutral, or Secular. Any material containing LGBTQ messages needs to be identified for those who want to include or avoid it. Transparency helps attendees make informed decisions and builds trust. Respect will be shown to every participant.
